North Country HealthCare Uses “Robo” Calls to Inform Patients

Flagstaff AZ – North Country HealthCare recently added a unique feature to their automated patient reminder calls. In addition to reminding patients about an upcoming appointment, the system will send, each month, a friendly reminder for patients to verify their renewal date and to carefully read any documents they may receive from their plan.  Besides helping patients remember their critical renewal date, the call also encourages patients to contact a North Country staff member for assistance on reenrollment.
